Rose Gold Case measures 35.5mm lug to lug x 20mm wide non inclusive of the Crown while using Calipers. Copper Dial shows dot-dash Hour markers. Hour and Minute Hands are Fils style and a Modern style Seconds Hand appears on a sub Dial completely obscuring the 6 O'Clock marker. 17 Jewel 7AP movement. Caseback is Rose Gold. Rose Gold expansion band in poor condition, as shown.

After reading the analysis on the similarly cased 'TIME KING' of the same era 'BROADCASTER' makes sense to Me.

ID could be reverse:
'TIME KING' 17 Jewels.
'BROADCASTER' 21 Jewels.
