Never seen this one before. Rose gold with a copper face. Face, movement and case marked Bulova. It appears the first number of the serial number (2) is hand stamped.
I don't have possession of this watch, it was an online auction I missed out on. The seller was quite gracious and allowed me permission to use his images to document the watch.

You're like me : o), collecting is a dangerous thing sometimes. I have too many Ladies Bulova watches. I'll never get all my watches listed on here.

Not to throw fuel on the fire or anything-
A lot of my women customers buy the vintage men's watches because they are not that big, and are actually quite elegant. My sister wears the 1957 Ambassador 'G' Auto I gave her for Xmas a few years ago. She loves it and it looks great.
Just sayin'........

I agree Reverend Rob. I see sellers list mens watches as womens quite regularly. I love my Senator. It is about the same size as the 1929 Miss Liberty.
Interesting lug, I've never seen anything like it
1942 Bulova Unknown
Nice looking watch with interesting lugs. I bet the strap was interesting too.
I find this dial style very attractive. Very interesting case design with those lugs. Unknown model for now.
Shouldn't this one be a 1943 since it has a + date code for 1943 on the movement?
In reply to Shouldn't this one be a 1943… by JimDon5822
Jim, the date was based on the case serial which normally trumps the movement (which could be a replacement).
It's still a little grey and the watch could very well have been assembled and sold to market in 1943, but to try and keep things standard we use the case date.
