Watch Description
With the information I gathered and my limited understanding of it all, I believe this is a 1942 Pauline. I saw the 1941 in your collection and it's nearly a match but the date code symbol is a "T" instead of the asterisk and the date code starts with a "C." I'd love to know if I am mistaken.

It looks like the crystal is heavily scratched, so just polishing that as best you can might make a difference. A case polish and movement service would also be the way to go. You might not get it back to it's origianl condition, but you could come close.
1942 Bulova Pauline.
