Here's an unusual one that I think is a first for the database. By all appearances, this is a 1937 President, for which I find no ads for this casing after 1935. Case and 21 J movement (both dated 1937) are identical to the Wandering Seconds model. Face has a subseconds dial instead of wheel and numbers that differ from the early ads for sub seconds model, but matching Wandering Seconds 1935 ad below..
I find ads from 1933 and 1934 showing this face with the minutes track inside the numbers, and 1935 wandering seconds version dated 1935 showing track on the outside, like subject watch.
I have been handling it for a couple hours now and personally have no doubt it's all original except for the band. It's like a blend of the 2 models?
1937 President

1935 ad showing a wandering seconds with identical minutes track and number style.

This 1933 ad shows inner seconds track. Note number style difference and placement that doesn't follow crystal opening.
Agreed with a 1937 Bulova President model. The dial variation is new, but the case is all President with correct 21 jewelled movement.
1937 Bulova President is a good match.
