original Art Deco manual wrist watch made by the US watch company Bulova named Anita, see original ad. 15-jewel Bulova 6AF movement. Case appears to be white rolled gold with fully functioning hinged back. Watch has had another service but unfortunately doesn't keep time. Chap who serviced it said he couldn't find a new balance for it. I'm in the UK. Any advice on where I could get it repaired?
Great looking watch. I do agree that this is a 1930 Bulova Anita based on this 1931 ad. As for the balance, you can try purchasing a 6AF watch off of ebay as long as it has a good balance. They are interchangeable.
