Hi All,
I need help sourcing a mainplate, balance pivot jewel for a 10AKC (sweep second hand, hack option) movement. I found on Jules Borel's website (JulesBorel.com) Seitz jewels. The OD of my balance pivot jewel is ~0.73mm. I can only guesstimate the ID of the jewel from the diameter of the balance staff-- ~0.10mm. Can someone help me determine which of the Jules Borel #30710 jewels with the 0.72mm OD will work, or if I am even close to the correct one? Or, can anyone let me know where I can get the correct part? I'm in the states, California. I couldn't find jewels in Ofrei.com's website.

From what I can figure out using Borels cross reference guides (You may want to double check) the 10 AKCSH is based on the eta 735 and the part # for the lower jewel is 330/61.
Call Casker and ask for Carol, She sits directly in front of the Bulova Cabinets there and given the p/n could possibly help. I may be way off base here as I'm not a watchmaker.
Military surplus Balance completes are still readily available and I'd always assumed Balance complete came with the jewels ?? - maybe the watchmakers here could help clarify this.
