Plains... This was an older format record, and the jewel count was entered in the movement model dropdown field. I corrected the movement model field by removing the jewel count, then selected 17 Jewels from the dropdown for jewel count- to clean up the record for searching etc... I don't think this minor correction would remove existing tick count, and it was just an old record which few people had seen or voted. My "edit" caused the watch to show up at the top of the New/Updated Watches list, which I had forgotten would happen. Now it's available for more to vote on though.
