Welcome to mybulova. What info if any is stamped into the case back? Have you opened it and viewed the movement? The word "movement " on the dial suggests it's a replacement that was produced by a company other than Bulova. It doesn't appear to correspond with any known Bulova model.  More information is needed to evaluate and identify your watch.

It is stamped; 10K Rolled Gold Plated - Bulova L1 and a serialnumber 3823674

This appears to be a Bulova case with a replaced Bulova Movement dial.   The hands are a mismatch also.  I believe the original dial was somehow damaged and a Bulova Movement afterrmarket dial was used. No movement or case back photos so I am leaning towards non-conforming.
