Interesting watch.  Very minimalist with no minute track.   It gives me the vibes of a Sabre series but could not find a match.  Based on the case back print i would classify as 1967 Bulova International

I agree a watch with very interesting case markings.

I found a bunch of international watches that are very simitar but I couldn't  one with a full numbered dial.

1967 Bulova International as a base model ID.
