Watch Description

This watch is stamped 14K GOLD FILLED and BULOVA on the case back. It is rose gold with a matching basket weave bracelet (12 mm wide) marked Kreisler Quality and GOLD CONT. .025 U.S.A. and U.S. PAT.2.453.993  and the overall length is 17cm

The 8AH movement is marked BULOVA WATCH Co. and JEWELS 17 SEVEN TEEN and UNADJUSTED with a mark BXW. The marks are in gold, with the exception of SWISS and BXW and 48

Inside the case it has BULOVA FIFTH AVE NEW YORK marked in an oval. The case size is 20.5mm wide X 21.5mm X 4mm

The watch face is rose gold with yellow gold marks at 3 and 9 (circular 1mm) and 12 (1mm x 2.5 mm vertical bar) the other marks are silver dots at 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 and 11. The small second hand is in a 5mm square at 6 o’clock marked in black and SWISS is at the bottom. BULOVA in yellow gold (1mm x 8mm) is just below the 12 mark.

Thank you for sharing this advertisement. The description is very clear, and now I see the originals came with a brown-red leather strap. All that for $42.50, about 3 week’s wages back in’48.

I love these lugs. Very distictive and only used on the Conrad (as far as I'm aware).

I do like the lugs also. This watch has a very distinctive appearance and is in good working order. It only needs a new lens.
