Accuquartz / cal. 2241 / case 2662 / 11-1969 / 13 jewels
I think that the caseback is not original to this watch. The Accuquartz did not come out until 1971, and I believe your case may be gold electroplate.
There may be a datecode stamped just below the battery on the plate, N#. This may help indicate the year of the watch.
I recently sold one of these, which looks to be the same as yours. The case is electroplate, and the back is gold plated. The correct case may be 3351, which your case looks to be, but the back is incorrect.

On the silver color metal with the '+' on it is stamped '5-6'
I can't see a 'N#' marking.

Try looking below where the battery sits, not under; just to the right of the lower end of the cell strap. sorry for the confusion.

Great, I'd date it to 1976 then; Accuquartz, with non-original caseback.
