1953 Bulova Unknown 21J 8AC with a L3 date code, 10K Gold filled bezel and case back with fancy "wings" attached to the bezel sides, Speidel padded Black Croc-grain strap. I picked this up at a local estate sale, kind of a neat looker, cleaned up nice and running smooth. *Possitive ID update 2-15-12 Nice ad find by Shawn!
Changed from Ambassador to Everett. NOTE The ticks didn't reset to zero with this change. Please check your tick votes.
I noticed your crystal is hard to find. I found the GS one for mine is the CMX 324-2B. (Though GS lists the CMX 325-10 that doesn't work because the top & bottom & sides are curved on the crystal, but the case has flat top & bottom, with a slight curve on the sides)
And the 320-27 does not fit the case I have. My evert is 21.1 x 18.6 Hmmmmm Wonder if the Evrett and Ambassador models have different case sizes??

Ok I tried another and found the GS 324-2B fits this one. The curve from top to bottom is a little too tall, but with a little sanding on the flat sides it fits really well.
Based on new research as found in the 1955-57 Line Book BAWD 0127 this is actually a 1953 Bulova Woodside.
