Love the butler silver type dial. Double hinged case and what appears to be original ochre colored radium numbers and hands unless they were done more recently.
Now the name is a toss-up it seems between two names for what appears to be the same model during the same year.
After a bit of chat with the gents I'll agree it does look abit more like the Senator... but really.. could be the other as well.

Assuming those measurements represent the case without lugs or crown, they match the first two models that I posted above, one with one flower on the bezel, and one with three flowers on the bezel. The model that I consider to be an Executive, which also has a single flower on the bezel, is smaller, measuring only 24.8mm without lugs or crown.

Could the leading zero on the case SN be a mis-stamped 6? Check out Fifth's inside case back photo here http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1926-ambassador-4004 as it looks very similar to subject case leading SN.
Look at the horizontal bezel in pic of the Exec, it shows more plain metal with out the scroll work than the pic of the Senator which shows none of the bare metal on the horizontal bezel.

After careful review and new ads coming to light I agree this is a 1926 'SENATOR'
The ad for the 'EXECUTIVE' appears to be showing a thin highly poished area or 'strip' outboard of the bezel horizontal and verticle engraving along the Case edges, the 'SENATOR' does not - as JP notes above.
The first numeral of the Case seriel number being a mis-stamped 6, not o.

The 'Three Flowered bezel' has recently been positively ID'd as the 'SURREY'

Still possibly seeing a mis-stamped 6 for first digit of case SN. Squinting hard to see the triangle date symbol on the movement picture, but Plains had watch in hand and confirmed triangle.

Not seeing a match for the Senators in ads.
The horizontal line of the bezel follows through onto the bottom edge of the lugs.
The ads show the reverse, with the line following the edge of the bezel uprights.
The lugs taper, in the ad they are straight.
