S.V.P.'s were a line of 17 Jewel Bulova watches, not a specific Model.
S.V.P. stood for Special Value Pricing.

Actually, SVP was a model name/group. According to this 1960 linebook your watch is the Bulova SVP VI.
I personally don't think the dial variation makes a difference here.
