Hey Phil this is a real interesting one. For the life of me I don't recall seeing a screw on the back of one before. The integrated bracelet is another head scratcher as this is early for that. I think you have an international model like this one but with a black dial. Can you confirm if this is 18KT gold.

It is most likely a top loader meaning the movement opens when the crystal is removed. Normally on top loaders the crown and stem is a two piece and you pull hard to remove crown to allow the case to come out. Yours is a different concept where there is a small opening covered by a screw. It is removed to access the Crown Stem screw which is unscrewed several turns to remove the stem.

We would call this a Bulova International Model. As for value we do not discuss value as it is arbitrary and can vary extensively. This being gold I would think the gold value would be the max value of this watch so the expression, "its worth its weight in gold" holds true here.
