I have been using this site for years to identify watches that I might buy or have bought. I was surprised that this one was not already in your database. It appears to be a 1943 Clipper with the less popular gold tone dial. It is very similar to the 1945 Clipper.
Thank you for posting your watch. While I do not believe we have an ad showing a white dial Clipper we have previously ID'd this as a Clipper. 1943 Bulova Clipper.... lIke this one...https://mybulova.com/watches/1945-clipper-11565
The site has the white dialed version ID'd as the 'TILDON' (there were images to confirm this at one time.)

Jewel Count on the Tildon is 17J. Also this was ID'd by a crystal match. I have not seen an ad for the white dial version of the Clipper but it makes sense to me that it might be white dial with gold markers vs the black with lumed hands and markers. That being said we already ID'd one as a Clipper per my original post. Do we need to revisit these?
