Hi

Recently I picked up one of these vintage pieces in perfect operating condition. Can anyone help in how to date the year of manufacture? Can't seem to find it on the forum's search function. Is there any way to learn its history/provenance? Many thanks!

The serial # is 18313. Version is 6433A. Movement, I think, is 10BNCH

Computron N6 Drivers watch sporadic freezing

Hi,  I have a 1976 computron N6, one of a pair I had.  Just sold the first and was looking to do the same with this one so have been monitoring it over a week or so with fresh batteries (357s).  It was spot on for about 4 days but then when I pressed the button the time was a few hours previous, the LEDs stayed on and the time remained the same until i took the batteries out.  No combination of buttons would 'unfreeze' it.  Now when i try it, it lasts only hours before staying on.

Bulova Quest: the Sag Harbor watches

Hi there.

I'm turning 40 this year and was hoping to purchase my first Bulova watch. I'm doing a bit of research and hoping to find something that was made at the Sag Harbor factory.

Excuse my ignorance, but were there actual models that can be traced to that specific factory? I'm sometimes confused whether they only made parts/pieces that were then shipped to other factories for assembly for the finished product.

How to know correct replacement crystal code

Hi - n00b here so please forgive if this should be in the "parts" forum. Problem is, I don't know what part I need. I'd like to replace the crystal on a 1957 Gedney (NOS if possible) but I don't know how/where to find the correct part code. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
