Square, gold tone case with N8 date code that is about 27.2 mm across without the crown. Matching gold tone mesh band that is the full width of the case and has the 70's bulova symbol on the clasp. Matte black colored dial with 5 small diamonds. 2 diamonds at 12 position and 1 each at 3,6, and 9. Tiny round gold indices at other positions. Manual wind 10CK movement that winds smooth and is keeping time.
I just purchased and received this one. A short time ago I saw the white version of this watch posted on the site. It was ID'd as a 1978 Geneva. I really liked that one. Within about 48 hours I saw this one pop up for sale at a decent price. I made an offer and it was accepted. The crystal looked pretty bad, but polywatch and elbow grease removed most of the scratches leaving only one notable chip at the 12 position. Its presentable as is. I don't know how hard it would be to locate a crystal for this but I might try. Really like this one and the band fits me with no adjustments so thats a plus.
As always thanks for any info!
Wow, very nice! You were fortunate to get this one! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! I really like the white version that you posted as well! The original retail price on these seems pretty high for watches that are not noted as being gold or even gold plated, but just yellow or white gold toned. I know there are 5 small diamonds and the bands are very attractive, but there is even a $30.00 difference between white and gold toned. I wonder if the main driver of price point on these was "style" and "looks" or would this have been a somewhat normal price at that time?
