1977 Linebook has 2 model numbers for this. I believe they had two watch labels around the wrong way in one version and then later corrected both watch labels (swapped) in a later version.
I believe your watch is a 1977 Bulova Clipper Set-O-Matic Model 11671 5W:Y (note the W:Y signifying both white and yellow gold)
