Bulova 1977 Accutron Quartz

An interesting watch, as Accutron was being phased out and Quartz was taking over. The 2423.10 quartz movement has a Day Date function, and a trim control inside, so you can zero it right down. You don't see this anymore, and the only quartz movts that can boast a near-zero drift are the ones that are actually certified chronometers, and that is comparatively rare. The certification for quartz chronometer is different than for mechanical watches.
