N7 1977 Accutron Quartz (Dual-Day) bought new in June 1980.
Hard to see, but the crystal is tiered, with the centre 1/3 flat, and the upper and lower thirds sloped.
My first "real" watch, got it for my Grade 9 graduation. Have treasured it, and worn it sparingly since. Still works like new, all original. Accuset button at 4 o'clock position.

Wow. Thanks for adding this beauty. Says both Accutron and Quartz on the dial. Nice
Smart watch, and I like the faceted crystal. I have a couple of 1970's watches with these in, they set them off.
Accutron quartz, or Accuset?

Accuset is a feature/function, and/or perhaps a series of watches with this feature.
I'm thinking this one through a bit.
Nice Accutron Quartz; really screams 70s. Do we categorize all Accutron Quartz as such, with date/day, w/ calendar, w/o either?
I'm good with "Accutron Quartz Day & Date" as the "Accuset" and "Dual Day" are features/functions.
How cool is it that Mike still has his 9th grade graduation watch! I love that. I got a Caravelle for high school graduation ( also the 70;s) but it's long gone :( , but I do have my first BULOVA from the mid 70's!
We do not subset the Accutron Quartz's down to the same level as the Accutrons, we would need model names added.
Accutron Quartz
I think that if we can find some documented evidence that they were also sub-setted similar to the Accutrons, then I can certainly add those to the model list. Accutron Quartz also for me.
Movement caliber stamp 2423.10 in battery well.
