I have acquired this Bulova Accutron, from what I know it is a 1977 Tuning Fork model that seems to have been given to an employee at Sealtest (the milk company) as a gift. The bracelet is a gold plated Speidel Twist-o-Flex bracelet with a Sealtest plaque and 3 pink-ish red gems on it. The case number is G3660, which I was able to find only one example sold on ebay 8 months ago. The dial on the watch is textured with vertical grooves.
I found your watch in Bulova 1977 Linebook205

The "DY" signifies Date/Yellow. A first if this model for the database!
The 3 red stones indicate years if service. My guess would be 15 years total.
1977 Accutron 22337-DY is a good match.
A nice linebook match Neet. Sealtest looks like a grreat company to work for if this was their employee 15 year award.

Damn you folks are pros! Thanks for the find, seems like it's a pretty hard to find model.
