Case back(held by screw ring)BULOVA,N4,BASE METAL BEZEL,STAINLESS STEEL BACK,WATER RESISTANT and serial # Inside case back H1700(engraved) and 3453 stamped in ink. 17 jewel 11ANC movement stamped N4. Great looking greenish gold dial with applied roman numerals reads BULOVA.

It's funny how few ads from the 70's there are and most are for Accutrons.
Unable to find anything in the 70s ads to match. Watch is characteristic of the manual-wind Sea King models; but will go with Unknown at this time.
