Hi all I bought this little ladies watch because of the case it came in. It was obviously some ones graduation gift. the movement is a 23 jewel 5BD and marked N2 (1972) and the case has the serial number Z62 719 and is marked Bulova N4 10k Rolled Gold Plate (white). the bezel is oval with a serrated edge. There are two very small diamonds set in the bezel at the top RH and Bottom LH. I have searched all the ads I kind find but not come across one that is exactly like this watch. I do how ever think it may be from the petit range as there are a number of quite similar watches with the same jewel count from around that time. I would appreciate any members help in trying to identify this pretty little watch.
Very pretty watch. Unknown at this time.
I just love that display case!!! Well worth getting the display case and the watch is icing on the cake, so to speak...
It's got many charactoristics of the La Petite series, as seen in this 1972 ad below.

There's also Starburst, Diamond Caress, and Black Velvet model variants w/ similar charactoristics, but these models are solid gold cases.
There were more than one model with diamonds and 23 jewels; La Petite was certainly a popular one in this category, but I did not find any ads to match this watch and will have to go with Unknown at this time.
Yea I didn't see a match either, so am also at Unknown. Lots of those 23 jewel w/ diamonds models out there.
I kinda got excited when I saw the Diamond Pearl ad (1970), but the dial is green mother of pearl, and there's four diamonds. Could subject watch be a pearl dial, and maybe there's a variant that's not green with two diamonds?

The case is cool, I have a couple of these yet I think.
Unknown, nice one.
I seem to getting hold of quite a few unknowns at the moment I will keep them coming , as it does get the panel working :-)
