Agree with Accuquartz, but not sure 1969 is correct...we need a datestamp from either the movement or case.
From this we can see that the Bulova 'Accuquartz' series was first released in late 1971.
I think this watch is closer to 1975. I'm basing this on two things, an 1975 advert (see below) I found that shows a watch very close in style and the 1976 engraving on the back of this Accuquartz.
So for me I'm going with a 1975 Bulova Accuquartz.
Date window text suggests an international model.
No question that it's an Accuquartz, I agree it's probably 1974-5-ish
A photo showing the movement would be helpful. An Accuquartz with day + date would have a caliber 2242. A date code should be visible on the movement, however they are very small. Often found near the battery compartment.
