Wow, that's an interesting one! Nice find and ad match, Ken.
Agreed 1973 Bulova First Lady (unknown variant)
on what appears to be the original band.
WOW as well !!!
Now that's a gorgeous watch. Gives us something to search for to see if we can narrow down a variant.

Thanks, been trying to find a variant, but with no luck.
Yes, I too say Wow! That is a lovely and interesting one. Very unique and prettier than the ad.

1973 Bulova First Lady, really very exotic
Now THAT'S bling! Wouldn't want to wear this one with long sleeves would she?
1973 Bulova First Lady
I do have questions. How difficult was she to polish? How does the bracelet attach, do the tabs hold it on?
In reply to Now THAT'S bling! Wouldn't by Geoff Baker
It came to me in fairly good condition, so not much polishing required. The case is base metal, so I avoid any polishing there; just a light wipe with cape cod cloths. You may be able to see some wear on the underside of the decorative end pieces. Perhaps from winding, which is difficult and only allows one to wind or adjust the hands by touching only the bottom of the crown. No room above the crown to fit a finger. I did not try to remove the bands, but it does appear that if the tabs that are folded over are straightened out, then the band would slide away from the case.
First Lady 'AA' variant

Love this one, Ken.
