Bulova L6 - 18K Gold
Assuming this is white gold, looks to match the First Lady "O".
1957 linebook 131

1956 Bulova First Lady "O" is a good match.

We don't give valuations here on the site. We're just here to identify and help revive the history that's been lost on these old time peices.
Watches are always worth what someone is willing to pay, so it gets very subjective. If I were in your shoes looking for a value, I would go to ebay and search of vintage gold ladies Bulova's. Then I would look at the "solds" and see what they sold for. Keeping in mind you'll have to sparse through a bunch of auctions that aren't relatively the same. You'll have to find the SOLD Solid 14K gold watches.
