Bulova 1973 Clipper

This one is a first for me as well as the database. Face degrades (terminology per ad) from brown around the perimeter to gold in the center. Purchased it as unknown mechanical condition and missing the crown. I finally found one (wrong color) that would work, screwed it on and set the watch with a few winds and a shake it started and has kept accurate time now for 3 days. I haven't opened it up yet. Crystal was a mess; but after a little effort, it's down to one scratch between the "1" and "2" markers that will come out with a little more effort. As seen in 1973-74 Linebook 186.
