Oval 10k RGP yellow gold with black dial and diamond accents. This is the one Bulova I've ever come across that has the bracelet permanantly secured to the case. Prertty sure Bulova called this one the '23' but dial is not marked.

Agree with BB. Case shape, dial and stones all point to a variant of the linked watch.

I believe the owner assumed 23J when this is actually a 17J Beau Brummell BD based on the 1973 line line book. The owner will need to verify jewel count.
