Not sure what the actual Manufacture Year is. My grandfather says he purchased it in Asia in 1972. The back of the case states "7220" and "N1" but those are the only identifiers.
Also, forgot to mention that it is 14k white gold and the gems on the front are diamonds. The back of the watch also states "Bulova" and "14k" etching that is faded.
I've updated your entry to 1971 and N1. The TN you are seeing is actually N1 for 1971.
