I believe this is a model 259, after looking at your data list. I was curious about the case back. Inside it has the initials CB inside a little frame, and the number 952 embossed in the metal. Also it is marked Swiss just below the 952. So I assume it is a Swiss made case. The movement is marked USA.
Is this movement basicly the same as the regular 218?

....and to answer the movement question. Yes, the 2180 was the second generation standard Accutron movement, 218D I think was the first. The 2180 did not have the date or day complication.
