Watch Description

Model not identified (looks similar to a Jet Clipper), manufactured in 1970. It indicates "automatic - 23 jewels" and "swiss made". The steel case is more or less square. The strap is not original, it may have been in black leather perhaps, but it would be interesting to find images of teh same model to find out. On the Internet I found an identical watch currently on sale located in Argentina and another one identical but with a gold plated case. THe watch functions properly in spite of the work appearance. It belonged to my grandfather who used it daily.

The case looks to match the Golden Clipper, but I cannot find this dial color with that model name.

I did find this offsite Asian-based ad calling it the 390112. I believe this is a non-USA market watch, based on the s/n beginning with 3 and the Accutron symbol on the dial.

So at this stage the best ID we could offer is a 1970 Bulova International Model #390112
