This looks to be a 1970 Bulova Clipper Q per the 1970 Linebook BAED00175 page 15.  Noting Sea King missing from the dial.

The Clipper has extra details on the top and bottom of the bezel that my watch lack.

What you are seeing is just the reflection of the bracelet.

I agree that the watch matches the linebook entry for a Clipper "Q".

Noting the lack of 'SEA KING' on the dial which has always confused things. At least in this case it does not.
