1970 Bulova Date King with Whale Symbol. Case and Back: Stainless Steel Band: Stainless Steel Movement: 17 jewels Auto - 11ANACD
I don't find an advert to back up the Date King name. Looks like a Golden Clipper variant.
The 1969 Bulova ads "number 11" watch has a very similar case design and hands.
These auto's are extremely difficult to get a real handle on.

I also noticed that one.
Peter - that is a beauty. Looks brand spanking new to me. I don't think it's the watch pictured in the 1967 ad referenced above although the band is identical. Short of a new ad surfacing I would have to vote Unknown on this one.
Can't find this one in the ads.
Unknown from me. Looks like a brand new 42 year old watch!
I know the date is out, but the President "B" looks almost identical apart from the whale sign, hour markers and hands!
Another beauty Peter, and I love the mellow patination of the dial/hands. Outstanding.

Good chance this is a "Golden Clipper" if the movement is a Gold plated 17J 11ANACD.

Golden Clipper, unknown variant is my call.
Nice clean watch Peter!
I want one of those swords, bet they can't be found.

They actually pop up on ebay ever now and now. I recall seeing two over the last five years.
