That's a Bulova Ambassador owned by my father, I think it's from 1970 but I'm not sure, the shape of case is "cushion" I think, color is yellow gold, no date indicator, is automatic 23 jewels, with an omega over the side charging button. The back of the case is simple with the incision "Bulova" and serial numbers.
A nice clean example of the international version of the Bulova Ambassador. We have a linebook matching for the 30 jewel version, but not the 23 jeweled model.

Is 1970 the right year?
I'm not sure about materials too: gold or not?

Hi Kelso, Can you open the back? We could see what year it has on the movement and/or the inside caseback.

Sorry no, I can't.
1970 Bulova Ambassador
International. A great heirloom from your Dad.
Nice Ambassador model.
This from the 1966/67 Bulova International linebook.
It's not the watch in question, but similar enough to suggest a time period.

Yes the case shape is the same, but mine doesn't have calendar and Second Hand, plus mine have 23 jewels...
Everything points to an International Ambassador watch. Date unknown. The back needs to be open to confirm movement and case gold content. I suspect this could possibly be a gold watch.
A wonderful heirloom! I am at a little loss on dating this at this point.
