This watch and the band are 100% original. I bought this watch from the original owner, who received it as a High School Graduation Gift in 1970, wore it for 10 years, and it has been stored ever since. There are a couple of little scratches on one of the little watch band end pieces where it connects to the watch case.
love the style/placement of the day and date display. They made some beauties, and looks like you've got a few of them. Nice watch!

I have this watch and a correct band for it, however I can't get the band on, is there a trick to gett it on with the end pieces?
Perhaps take it to a watch maker of jeweler, it shouldn't cost much and maybe they will show you.
