This is a 1969 Bulova Priscilla according to the 1969 Linebook. Can you confirm if the dial is silver "L" or gilt "M" variant.

I'd say not to the gilt. If I recall gilt grants like a gold flake or metallic. This is just a silvery white type dial with like some sort of thatching design.
