This one is found under the Miss Liberty line in the 1969 linebooks. Same model ref#, First Lady ends 1967, possibly 1968.

I'm going to agree with Ken. Watch is listed in 1969 as
Miss Liberty "C"
Identifying these beauties can be complicated, as Bulova sometimes changed the name while the watch remained basically the same.
