Silver case. Blemish on face, maybe from water damage. Had a new crystal installed recently at our local watchmaker.
Can please confirm the case date stamp. You have listed L9 which is 1959, but you've dated it to 1969 which I suspect is the correct date.
Case is a match for the Sea King "BU", but the movement and dial are not from the "BU".

1969-70 Linebook lists your watch as a Bulova Clipper "C".
