Case - stainless, width = 32.8, lug to lug 39.9, W. Germany, two piece pack, inside ink stamped 542 and 2962 - Movement is dated N2 = This watch looks like a Clipper of the Y variant as listed here on MyBulova (H509617) but in stainless. Date codes don't match in this watch so maybe a rerplacement movement? I will post better photos after I reassemble this watch. Any idea on the replacement crystal for this case?
it can be a Clipper, but I did not find the corresponding variant, the variant "AG" that has the same design and SS case, just has a black dial
Agree this is a Clipper. I don't find a variant for the stainless case.
Thanks! I did find this random youtube video show how to set the date on this model. It is the exact same watch.
Glad you found a source to help you set the date. I am ok with Clipper noting the possible movement replacement.
I also agree
1969 Bulova Clipper - Unknown variant
Thank you again for IDing this watch for me!

This watch had a broken date indicator driving wheel. I sourced one from a donor and got the watch up and running. I adjusted the movement, polished the case and installed a new crystal. This watch is now running really well.
