Here is "official confirmation" from the linebook 1966-1967 BAWD0164

I think we need to revisit this one based on this 1969 Bulova linebook listing showing this as a 1967 Bulova Sea Queen. The picture does in fact show Snorkel on the dial but the name is Sea Queen.
