Watch Description

Up for identification is a Bulova mens watch powered by a 10 COACD 30 jewel "self-winding" movement. "Waterproof" case with s/n: J352645 is marked M7 (1967), 10K RGP bezel, stainless steel back. Caseback is engraved "25 years loyal service H.W.O. 10-12-42 National Food Stores Inc."
Bracelet, yellow metal signed "Speidel" Pat. 2,689,450. Possibly has 10K RGP tops, but the text is worn.  
The watch has not been serviced since I obtained it in 2025 at auction, but it runs, keeps time, and has watch maker marks inside indicating it has been.
I don't have any idea of the model.
