Watch Description

10K yellow gold filled case that is about 33.2 mm across without lugs and crown.  Silver-white dial with Ambassador label, large linear indices at the compass points and smaller ones all around. Clean, simple lines on this one and a very thin design case.  Have not taken this one apart, but believe it has the 17 jewel micro-rotor movement.  Self-winding mechanism is very quiet and working well.  I believe this one may be an Ambassador G variant based on the attached partial add from 1966.

I'm not finding a linebook match for the 'G', but I do find another match from 1967 linebook 165.

I just super sized the referenced ad above and think it is actually showing a "Q" and not a "G".

Thanks for the ID and line-book image.  I was on the fence about what letter that was in the add but Q it is.
