From the supporting ad it looks to be a Date King "PC"

1966 dated case with 1967 dated 11ALCD 17 jewel movement. 10kt RGP case with stainless caseback. 

About 34mm across, 10mm tall, 18mm lug width.

Not sure if the crown is original, but it doesn't seem like it.
