Watch Description

I believe this is a 1966 Bulova Clipper V? Self winding, 10k gold electroplated, missing crystal, missing second sweep hand as far as I can tell untouched all original, just acquired history unknown, do not want to open until I can figure out which crystal to purchase

Need to info. On crystal if possible

Thank you for posting your watch.  Clipper V is a white dial.  Yours being a black dial makes it a 1966 Bulova Clipper "W".  Good luck with the restoration!

Agree with Clipper "W"

Case# 2639 is mentioned in one of the other Clipper V/W posts. This case used crystal 1247.

Great color combination. Wouldn't it be nice if the case was solid gold :-)

The American Clipper W.  I've always like the bezel on this one.

Thank yall so much for the information I was confident I could get some solid answers here! I'm thinking of putting the crystal in it as is to be honest. The missing sweep hand and such have kind of grown on me as it has history.
