This one is an interesting one, not for the case, but for the movement. The watch is a 1966 Bulova Buckingham "A" according to the 1966 LineBook BAWD 0162-2 page 68. It does appear to morph into a B later on into the 70s where as the Buckingham B during this period has a different swivel. What makes this one unusual it is the first time we see a 16AB movement. This is not recorded in the Movement listings and should be added. It appears we can now say this transitioned from a 17 series over to 16AB in the mid 60's then 16AC. 10KT yellow gold plated case with silver dial and gilt hour markets in a 3,6,9,12 configuration. Both the case and movement have a M6 date codes.
