Purchased recently for a good price but US Postage and the GSP took off some of the shine!. It looks to me like a Regatta, case, hands, markers, bowtie lugs, but the dots below the markers are unlike anything else on the site as far as I can see, and the date also seems later than others.

Looks like the dots may have been added to give the dial a lume function to accompany the hands.
1965 Regatta 'G' works for me too.
