This one seems not to have been worn much as the (original?) band/buckle shows very little wear and the case, dial and crystal look almost mint. It is similar to that submitted by Andyuk , https://mybulova.com/watches/1965-unknown-5048?page=1, and later referenced with "1966-1967 Line Book BAWD0164 Page 7 of 66". except that this one has a silver engine turned dial ,The case is marked Bulova International and like my other 'Unknown', the case date, M5 differs from the movement's date, M7. So another unknown.
I went back to the line book to see if there was another option for dial on this one, but only one is listed (as referenced in the link).
This may be an Unknown or perhaps it can be placed in the International category, since I see no import code.
What a lovely watch! The dial is so unique. Not in the line book so I would be inclined to go with International.
1965 Bulova International
Yes, apart from it looking in such great condition, just had to have it as it was sold by a hospice charity, not the local one that cared for my wife who actually worked for Bulova in London in the 60's, and was glad for the cash to go to such a deserving cause .
I am not sure if we classify watches as International but clearly an international model from the1966-1967 Line Book BAWD0164 Page 7 showing the yellow gold dial version. I believe we agreed this line book was international models.
We have this watch in a line book WITH a model number. I suggest we tag it with our new naming convention Model 111002

For the record I don't think I'd call the dial treatment 'engine turning' as that really is different. I wish Bulova would have mentioned it in the Line book but they didn't, I really like the look!
Agreed with grouping it in the 'International' model ID.
Thank you all , as ever .
I tend to agree with listing this one as
1965 International Perhaps use the model number as the variant in the International category?
