1964 Beau Brummel C , 10BZC
I hesitated to ad this to the DB as we already have a couple from '64 but this one is so clean that i thought it needed to be seen. Plus a minor point of interest is that this watch and one other already in the DB are only 156 apart by case serial number. H248964/H248808.
Looks to be a match to the BB "C", but one discrepancy I see is the movement is showing 23 jewels but the dial does not support that (no '23 Jewels' printed). Perhaps a non-original movement, as this variant s/b 21 jewels.

Wow, good catch. That one got past me. The movement model was right with 10BZC and it is so clean I didn't even bother to check proper jewel count. Hmm, this has me rethinking my entire position on this watch. Interesting that it can be so clean and yet, at some point, have been in need of a movement replacement. Hmmm.

I even noted that the movement date code was M0(1960) and the watch case is M4(1964), that's quite a separation and I didn't catch it.

The OP's looks to have applied or raised markers for the minute track but yours look printed. Or is that just the lighting?

It's lighting. Minute track is raised dots.

It's the lighting and reflections. The indices are applied, and the minute track is raised dots.
1964 Bulova Beau Brummell "C" does appear to be a good match noting possible movement and dial discrepancy .
Linebook confirmation of the Beau Brummell "C". Noting a movement swap.
