Watch Description

I bought this 1964 Accutron Railroad approved from a Dutch Accutron specialist. I wanted to have a watch for daily use and instead of buying a new watch of brand X I decided to go for something special and with history. This was the first Bulova I purchased. Watch is completely cleaned and runs perfectly. The original dial is available as well.

Good point Ken.  If this case was out in 1964 w/ some other dial, it may have had another model name.  If the 262 and 226 were not in the 1964 Price Lists, then they may not have been available this early.

I think Ken is on to something. I'd go along with the 202 for an ID, after all, Bart has the original dial.

Bart listed the movement as “?”. This is a back set Accutron from 1964. Could this be any movement other than the 214?

Its extremely rare to find a 214 Railroad with a inner 24hr dial. The other dial shown would be correct.  Remember, a Accutron Railroad Model is actually a consumer model that was designed from Bulova's Transportation Division, the original's labeled Transportation Model. They were used commercially for transit authorities in NYC.
